Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Select US states have passed consumer data privacy laws that grant consumers more control over the personal information that businesses collect, use, and share about them. Residents of the following states are currently protected by consumer privacy laws:

California
Colorado
Connecticut
Virginia

Consumers who reside in any of the above privacy law states have the right to make the following requests of TREK:

To opt out of having their information shared for the purpose of cross-contextual advertising.
To request to have their information deleted.
To request to know what information we collect about them.
To request a copy of the information we collect about them in a portable format, if possible.

Opt out of having your information shared for advertising

If you’re a resident of a privacy law state, you can opt out of having your data shared for the purpose of cross-contextual advertising. Opting out doesn't mean that you’ll stop seeing ads on our platform, but they will no longer be personalized based on your prior interests and activity on TREK.

Opt out on the web (If and when TREK implements sharing of information)

To opt out of having your information shared, complete the following steps on the web:

Visit trekconstructionapp.com and log in to your account.
Click your profile picture in the top right corner to access your account options.
Select Advertising Preferences.
Turn on the Do Not Sell toggle to enable the opt-out feature.

Request to have your information deleted
